About

Texas Power Comparison explains how electricity shopping works in Texas: who sells the power, who delivers it, and which cities can choose.

We don't rank providers and we don't publish a rate table. The compare button goes to Power to Choose, the state's official site. We don't get paid for that click today.

How a page gets written is on the editorial standards page. How the site makes money (it doesn't, today) is on how this site works.
