What to do if something looks wrong
If bills or start dates are inconsistent, contact your REP first and keep records of every interaction. If resolution stalls, Texas has formal complaint and consumer support channels through state regulators.
Escalating with clear documentation shortens resolution time and improves outcomes. Keep timestamps, account identifiers, and enrollment confirmations organized.
